spacious room and stellar service
clean room quick service efficient person easy access
the room was very clean and thoughtfully laid out. my mother needed assistance with the bed and within minutes a person came. they removed the feet from the bed, so she could get in easily. i found the service really good and efficient.
the window curtains, unfortunately, did not completely close. this left a crack of light that affected my sleep.

My room, the queen room balcony, was spacious and well appointed. the balcony door opened easily, allowing fresh air in. it was also super clean, which i appreciated greatly. The room size.

The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops, made EVERYTHING convenient. several major tour companies provide pickup and drop-off services right at the front door. hop-on hop-off buses also stop there. This enhanced accessibility for sightseeing.

bedroom suite excellent service convenient station
my upgrade to the penthouse one bedroom suite was seamless and fabulous i had breakfast in abode the service was quick and the meal was tasty the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. the location is excellent it was a short walk to granville island ferry as well as many restaurants. my room had beautiful views of the city it was spacious and clean i also found the water bottle refill station in the lobby convenient.
the parking rates seemed lower at the garage next door compared to the hotel's rates

nespresso machine reliable housekeeping
The room included complimentary nespresso. That was AMAZING!!! reliable housekeeping. the steam room was in good working order. I used it every day. the spa and pool were well-kept too!

The room had a refrigerator and a coffee maker, it was a nice touch. a water fill up station was conveniently located in the lobby. i had a corner room, it featured many windows with blackout curtains. The city views were gorgeous.
the hallway felt super narrow, a bit of a squeeze. i could hear people talking in other rooms, not very restful. the elevator was often crowded during peak hours, very inconvenient.
